In general Hotel was very good, but lacked that extra bit if effort to ensure the staffing levels met the demands in the restuarant and bar at this busy time. Hotel is a little distant from the main areas of restuarants and shopping and without any guide of distance and direction to such places. |

The hotel is very well kept despite that this hotel has been around for sometime. Room is generally spacious. Breakfast is good. Goose down pillow can be available upon request. If one wants peace and quite then this is the hotel for you as this hotel is located on the fringe of the city boundary Location. For hygiene and cleaniness the hotel should install hand shower for the W.C. Hot water is inconsistent especially during shower...sometime hot and sometime cold!!! The bed is too soft for my liking but may be acceptable by others. |

Marvellous swimming pool Outside the city center, so you need a taxi or tuk-tuk to get there (80-100 Baht) |

Very good value for money; rooms are large, newly renovated and very clean. Service and English speaking capacity very good. They could actually inject a bit of more life into the hotel bar area (very quiet and poorly attended) |

リバーサイドのレストランが雰囲気も料理も良く、大変満足しました。お値段も手頃で料理を取り分け食べられたので良かったです。また、リクエストに答えて食材を変えてくださるなど、好き嫌いのある方でも安心して楽しめます。朝食のお粥は日本人を意識してのメニュー（日本スタイルとあったので）と思われますが、ボソボソで残念な味でした。ほかのメニューは十分味わえました。 |

je me suis trompe dans les dates de reservation et ils ne m'ont pas penalise pour cela. L'hotel est tres bien, un peu loin du centre mais on peut s'y rendre en 5 mn. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables> Le rapport qualite prix excellent. |

la habitacion en la planta 24 con vistas al río, y las vistas del restaurante la situación, hubiera preferido en alguna zona más céntrica, como el bazar nocturno |
